If you want to set a fixed start date for a membership or day/week pass, you can follow these steps:
- Go to Products
- Click on the product where you want to set it up
- Click More options
- Scroll to Starts on
When a client wants to buy the product, the start date is fixed and cannot be changed. This is ideal, for example, if you are going to offer a new membership for the new season and you want the membership to start at a certain time.
You cannot set a fixed start date for a credit pack or a single session, only a validity date.
